The role of a Senior Architect is to provide technical guidance and assistance to teams in building solutions for customers' application security challenges.

This involves qualifying and gathering requirements to demonstrate, architect, and prove the technical value of proposed solutions against competitive alternatives.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining executive relationships to be a trusted advisor, maximizing opportunities with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering new revenue through acting as custodian of the sales lifecycle on the sales team.
  • Translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to extend and receive best practices.
  • Working cross-functionally with Product Management and Business Development to identify, evaluate, and make technical recommendations.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction with the Customer Success and Technical Support teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Pre-sales experience in enterprise software, networking, or security.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (K8s, Docker), or web application firewalls.
  • Experience administering bot management solutions and/or DDoS protection.
  • Ability to position and discuss solution validation using objection-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (PCI, SOX, HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with application development (ASP, .NET, PHP, JSP).
  • Able to engage with unfamiliar technical problems and embrace new ideas.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages.
  • Availability to travel frequently.
