Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Procurement Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for developing robust and relevant category strategies that align with the business needs and market dynamics.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Understand industry priorities and devise category strategies that advance those priorities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and delivery teams to ensure Procurement strategies meet the business needs.
  • Identify industry trends that Procurement must incorporate in its category strategies.
  • Partner with Category and Delivery teams in strategic sourcing events, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Deliver against performance targets for the organization.

You will also need:

  • A degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement, Business Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • Influencing skills to persuade others to change behavior.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with IT, legal, finance, and business teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Broad-based understanding of core procurement areas of focus.
  • Able to work successfully with data and digital tools.
