We are seeking a Planning Technician to join our team in Brazil.

About the Role
  • Work on the planning and control of implementation projects to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Support the development and updating of schedules, progress curves, and other physical and financial indicators to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Interface with coordinators and project managers to define execution strategies and optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare technical reports for project monitoring and control to enable data-driven decision making.
About You
  • You will be responsible for financial planning and control of projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of management reports and dashboards is essential to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effective communication and conflict management skills are crucial to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • You should have advanced knowledge of Excel to analyze complex data and create insightful reports.
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6 to manage multiple projects simultaneously and optimize resource utilization.
