As a Senior People Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting our global Revenue leaders and driving strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support our objectives and create a culture of high performance, growth mindset, and learning agility.
  • Provide guidance and manage organization design, workforce planning, change management, talent management, high performance, career growth, and succession planning programs.
  • Analyze people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programs, ensuring we're building healthy teams that are ready to grow with the business.
  • Advise and consult on complex employee relations questions and contribute to company-wide projects aiming to improve employee engagement and experience.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a workplace culture that values and respects differences, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of People Partner experience within multinational SaaS/tech companies, supporting revenue or GTM teams.
  • A growth-oriented and solution-driven mindset with a genuine can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge about employee lifecycle and change management to implement best practices in your day-to-day work.
  • Strong passion and knowledge within talent management and sales comp and commissions.
