Talent Acquisition Position Overview

This role focuses on identifying and securing top-tier leadership talent for our organization. You'll play a crucial role in building high-performing teams through strategic recruitment and thorough candidate assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate salaries and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
  • Broaden and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
  • Research market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.
