We are seeking a visionary leader to drive academic excellence in our international education company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Academic Direction: Develop and implement a comprehensive academic strategy, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and continuously improve curricula and teaching resources, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and elevate academic quality standards across the program, ensuring consistency and integrity.
Team Management & Development:
  • Recruitment & Training: Attract, train, and manage a team of TEFL trainers, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Mentoring & Support: Guide newly qualified trainers through onboarding and ongoing support, providing developmental feedback.
  • CPD Sessions: Deliver professional development sessions for teaching and assessment staff, enhancing their skills and expertise.
  • Teacher Performance: Monitor and assess performance, offering constructive feedback to foster improvement.
Assessment & Quality Assurance:
  • Assessment Rubrics: Design and maintain clear assessment rubrics aligned with learning objectives, ensuring transparency and fairness.
  • Consistency & Integrity: Oversee assessment consistency and integrity across the teaching team, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Timely Feedback: Ensure learners receive prompt, constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight:
  • Teaching Assignments: Allocate assignments efficiently, considering teacher availability and learner demand.
  • Timetabling Logistics: Manage timetabling logistics effectively, ensuring smooth operations and optimal use of resources.
  • IT Systems: Utilize platforms to manage workflows and communication, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
Problem-Solving & Communication:
  • Initiative & Adaptability: Identify and resolve challenges proactively, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective Communication: Foster strong relationships between departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Quick Adaptation: Adjust to changing needs, especially during peak periods, showcasing flexibility and responsiveness.
