We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Paycor. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our HR software, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth user research to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders and users
- Collaborate with Agile teams to build a shared understanding of user needs and software behaviors
- Mentor and teach Product Designers best practices for conducting research, performing usability studies, and creating designs
- Five or more years of experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating depth of knowledge in usability heuristics and visual aesthetic
- Experience conducting UX research and usability tests
- Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and creating visual designs using a design system
- Understanding of current web and mobile design standards, including accessibility
- Experience following Agile methodologies and working closely with Agile teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
