Seeking a Client Advisory Expert

The ideal candidate will help businesses effectively adopt and optimize SAP Transportation Management.

This role focuses on combining technical and functional knowledge of SAP TM with advisory, change management, and project management skills to ensure seamless system integration into daily business processes.

  • Advisory & Change Management
  • The expert will act as a bridge between stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers.
  • Guide the organisation through process change and adoption of SAP TM.
  • Develop and execute a structured change management and communication plan.
  • Process Optimisation
  • Review and refine transportation and logistics processes to align with industry best practices.
  • Provide recommendations for freight planning, carrier collaboration, settlement, and execution.
  • Ensure integration of TM processes with wider supply chain and ERP (SAP S/4HANA).
  • Training & Knowledge Enablement
  • Deliver targeted training sessions to end users, key users, and leadership teams.
  • Produce clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Build in-house knowledge to ensure sustainable long-term operations.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Work alongside solution architects and the build team to ensure business needs are realised.
  • Coordinate activities across business, IT, and external vendors to drive alignment.
  • Provide project reporting, milestone tracking, and KPI measurement.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify areas for system and process enhancement post go-live.
  • Proactively support issue resolution and ensure business continuity.
  • Advise on industry trends and SAP TM roadmap to keep the client future-ready.
