Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced advisory consultant with in-depth expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) to optimize logistics operations. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of SAP TM.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers
  • Develop and execute a structured change management and communication plan
  • Review and refine transportation and logistics processes to align with industry best practices
  • Provide recommendations for freight planning, carrier collaboration, settlement, and execution
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of SAP TM configuration and business processes
  • Proven experience in advisory and post-implementation roles with SAP TM
  • Strong background in U.S. transportation/logistics processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
