What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Serve as a technical consultant and domain expert for client-facing sales teams
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
- Address technical and feature-related inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues
- Provide constructive feedback to product management regarding product enhancements
- Stay informed on competitive analysis and support marketing events, including trade shows and conferences
- Minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Strong collaboration skills working with product management, marketing, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
- Experience utilizing AI-powered tools for automation and workflow enhancement
- Knowledge of competitive landscape and market differentiation strategies
- Familiarity with leading marketing events and executive briefings
