What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing sales team
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
  • Respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers and internal teams
  • Provide insights and feedback to product management regarding product enhancements
  • Collaborate with other Solution Consultants to share best practices and enhance team efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Proven territory management skills, including pipeline development and execution excellence

  • Experience with AI-powered tools and automating workflows
  • Background in competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Familiarity with supporting marketing events such as conferences and trade shows
