What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales for a client-facing sales team
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align solutions with their needs
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers and partners
  • Provide feedback to product management for enhancements that meet customer demands
  • Participate in marketing events such as conferences and trade shows to promote solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
  • Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution guidance
  • Familiarity with State and Local Government operations
