Job Overview

The Manager Advisory Services position is a critical role within the organization. This individual will work collaboratively with a team of consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems.

Responsibilities include performing billable work for clients, leading and managing significant workstreams or projects, defining client engagement scope, formulating initial and final recommendations, developing deliverables and presentation materials, assisting in implementation, managing risks, and overseeing project economics and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and oversee data analyses, interpret results, prepare verbal and graphic presentations, ensure quality assurance on deliverables, and meet project objectives and standards.
  • Lead client interviews to determine needs, summarize findings, draw insights from observations, interviews, and data, and draft/finalize client recommendations and solutions.
  • Develop strategic plans in accordance with the engagement statement of work and satisfy client expectations.
  • Generate high-quality reports by conducting thorough analyses and presenting actionable insights to clients.
