Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated PDS Specialist to plan, implement, and evaluate development trials in Brazil's main vegetable producing regions. Your efforts will help launch innovative vegetable cultivars that benefit small farmers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate development trials across key vegetable producing areas in Brazil.
  • Collaborate with partner growers to facilitate development trials.
  • Prepare technical justifications for introducing new cultivars.
  • Create and ensure compliance with the annual trial plan.
  • Collaborate with the Brazilian and Global PDS Teams to exchange technical information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience in the vegetable sector.
  • Proven experience in the installation and evaluation of development trials.
  • Strong technical knowledge in vegetable management (nutritional aspects, diseases, cultural treatments).
  • Willingness to travel frequently to the main vegetable producing regions in Brazil.
  • Availability for in-person work in Bragança Paulista.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
