We are seeking a skilled Tax Coordinator to join our organisation.

The role of the Tax Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring timely financial closing and reporting. This involves coordinating monthly closing activities, reviewing general ledger and responsible for statutory, management, and tax reporting.

  • Review general ledger and responsible for statutory, management, and tax reporting.
  • Ensure reporting meets requirements and compliance to statutory audit and tax regulations.
  • Maintain and review audit schedules (reconciliation pack).
  • Assist in annual budgeting, monthly variance analysis, and rolling forecast.
  • Direct and drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate accounting function.
  • Ensure adequate controls are in place and procedures are developed and followed.
  • Resolve queries and support other job functions as appropriate.
  • Lead, in liaison with external/internal auditors on annual audit.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Administration.
  • Previous experience in the oil and gas industry will be a plus.
  • Good behaviour and proactive attitude.
  • Team spirit.
  • English Advanced language skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all accounting and tax routines.
  • Maintain and review accounting procedures related to tax issues, finance processes, and make improvements when necessary.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timely completion of monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Accuracy and compliance of statutory, management, and tax reporting.
  • Efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate accounting function.
