Job Title

Apex Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Jr. Lawyer. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and preparing documents related to the structuring and daily operations of investment funds.

Responsibilities
  • Analysis and preparation of documents related to the structuring and daily operations of investment funds;
  • Monitoring demands and controls of the Funds and implementing operations with internal teams;
  • Providing support to external/internal clients by preparing opinions related to investment funds;
  • Advising internal areas on legal and regulatory issues concerning investment funds, including matters related to their assets and offerings;
  • Analyzing and studying regulations on investment funds and capital markets.
Requirements
  • Law degree;
  • Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration;
  • Familiarity with daily operations of investment funds, public offerings of securities, and capital markets, especially CVM Resolutions 175 and 160;
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Intermediate English skills.
