About the Job: As a senior contract management specialist, you will utilize your expertise and knowledge to enhance the contract management process within our organization. You will act as a resource for colleagues and share your knowledge to resolve complex problems and ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and commercial aspects of projects under the supervision of contract managers.
  • Assist with contract initiation activities, including review of insurance certificates, bank guarantees, and contract documents.
  • Participate in contract review meetings to promote understanding and facilitate project implementation.
  • Maintain contract records and assist in preparing contractual and commercial correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of the oil and gas construction industry.
  • Experience in contract management, legal, or construction contracting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
