Contract Analyst Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual requirements and ensuring compliance.

  • Monitors contractual obligations and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Works closely with the Contracts Manager to prepare client reports, using data provided by specialists or managers as necessary.
  • Tracks progress of contract fulfillment and maintains accurate documentation.
  • Reports directly to the Contract Specialist I, II, or Project Manager, depending on project type.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that all contractual obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepares and submits technical-commercial and technical-contractual correspondence as required.
  • Updates financial indexes related to the project, including quarterly and monthly reports for clients.
  • Maintains organizational control of contractual documents, including files and other supporting materials.
  • Assists with invoice processing and collects necessary evidence to support claims.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Requires advanced/fluency in English skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Project management and/or contract management knowledge is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Basic financial knowledge is also beneficial.
