Job Opportunity: Senior Contract Management Specialist

Overview:

The Senior Contract Management Specialist is a vital role within our organization, responsible for implementing best practices and leveraging knowledge to enhance the Contract Management discipline.

Responsibilities include managing contracts and commercial aspects of projects under the direction of Contract Managers. This involves assisting with contract kickoff activities, reviewing insurance certificates, bank guarantees, and contract documents, as well as participating in contract review meetings to promote understanding and support project implementation.

Additionally, the Senior Contract Management Specialist will maintain contract records, assist in preparing contractual and commercial correspondence, contribute to project risk meetings, and develop project change proposals. Ensuring accurate reflection of contract and commercial issues in monthly reports is also a key responsibility.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in Contracts, Construction Contracting, or similar roles
  • Experience in Offshore, Subsea, or Onshore Oil and Gas projects preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of the oil and gas construction industry
  • Experience in Contract Management, Legal, or Construction Contracting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
