Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR professional to join our Brazil Stores People Experience and Technology team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, based in São Paulo, Brazil.

In this role, you will collaborate with Brazil Stores leadership to design and implement HR strategies that drive business success and foster an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will thrive on partnering with business leaders, possess the capability to enhance and streamline HR processes, and be adept at identifying and executing effective solutions in employee relations, HR policies, and procedures. If you are passionate about innovative thinking and building foundational processes, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategies to deliver outstanding people initiatives and outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with managers and employees on employee relations matters.
  3. Provide continuous support to employees regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.
  4. Demonstrate a passion for data analysis and process enhancement, with a strong interest in experimentation.
  5. Deliver results in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
  6. Exhibit excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Possess strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, critical thinking, and a willingness to engage in self-reflection.
  8. Have experience in a dynamic environment where responsibilities range from tactical to strategic.
  9. A Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
  10. Willingness to travel as necessary.
  11. Experience working with international teams.
  12. Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and talent management programs.
  13. Experience in evaluating employee and management talent.
  14. Preferred specialization in HR program management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Experience supporting diverse employee types and organizational functions.
