About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to support logistics operations, focusing on leadership and management of recruitment agencies. This role will be based in Guarulhos, Brazil.

Main Responsibilities

  • Audit termination processes to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Update agency service tickets daily and take action on specific demands.
  • Audit leaders' practices of feedback and consequence matrices, assisting those with difficulties in engagement and retention.
  • Build trust with operations leadership through regular roundtable discussions.

Project Management

  • Monitor termination and satisfaction surveys monthly, creating action plans for improvement.
  • Manage projects for identified improvements.

Recruitment and Selection Process

  • Monitor the operational vacancy funnel with recruitment agencies.
  • Develop improvements for the agency selection process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in HRBP Projects.
  • High interpersonal skills.
  • Recruitment and selection experience.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze research and summarize critical items.
  • Completed higher education.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an operational environment.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Data auditing experience.
