Job Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in South America, encompassing Inside Sales, Order Management, Demand & Supply Chain Planning, Imports/Exports, Warehousing, Distribution, and Non-Technical Customer Services for all Business Units in the Tire Division.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Operations Roadmap Strategy (5-year plan) to align with sales channel requirements.

  • Collaborate and Obtain Support from Supply Chain Organization and Plants worldwide to ensure desired product availability.

  • Ensure that processes are in place to provide constant and reliable results to operations.

  • Regularly Challenge Current Processes to identify opportunities for better results at lower costs.

  • Incorporate Best Practices in Lean Management to enhance delivery processes.

  • Foster a Healthy and Productive Environment where Continental Values are upheld.

  • Provide Coaching to Key Individuals to support operational goals.

  • Extensively Communicate Vision and guide on achieving operational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration, Economics, or Engineering.

  • Fluent English, desirable Spanish, fluent in Portuguese.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Service Provider Management, Order Management, Inside Sales, Demand Management, Warehousing, Distribution, Imports/Exports, and Customer Services.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing diverse teams and demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.

  • Solid understanding of financial tools and processes required to run a function/line of business.
