Job Role: Principal Product Manager

You will be responsible for defining the vision for PIX, enhancing our infrastructure to make international transfers feel seamless, and driving growth by identifying opportunities within the PIX ecosystem.

  • You'll have autonomy and accountability for your decisions, while gathering feedback from colleagues.
  • You'll work with your team to create a vision of your own.
  • You'll build a product that helps millions of businesses and customers send and receive money worldwide.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record in the payments space, specifically with PIX.
  • Technical depth to understand system architecture and engage in detailed discussions with engineers.
  • The ability to break down complex problems into logical components.
  • A bias for action and hands-on approach.
  • Experience working in an agile setup within a fintech environment.
  • Ability to lead without direct authority.
  • Experience mentoring junior Product Managers.
  • Fluency in English.
