Job Overview:

This mid-senior level engineer will lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and launching new power connector and cable assembly products for data center applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new power connector and cable assembly products
  • Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with customers, sales, and project managers to gather VOC data and make engineering proposals
  • Support project teams in completing projects on time, within budget, and with quality
  • Drive product development, scale-up, and release through stage-gate reviews
  • Develop and manage product documentation
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers
  • Mentor junior engineers and technicians
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Provide technical support to customers, sales, and manufacturing teams

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

At least 10 years of product development experience

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles

Experience with product development, testing, and compliance certification
