As a Technical Program Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving our CRM platform forward, ensuring it aligns with our customer experience goals. You'll bridge the gap between CX, business stakeholders, and technical teams, bringing new workflows to life and streamlining operations.

  • Oversight of end-to-end strategy and execution for our Zendesk platform, from daily configuration to long-term product vision.
  • Translation of feedback into features that enhance efficiency for agents and elevate the customer journey.
  • Partnership with cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and launch impactful platform enhancements.
  • Clear communication and documentation to drive adoption of updates.
  • Analysis of usage trends and pain points to unlock smarter workflows and optimize performance.
  • Primary contact for Zendesk and related technology partners to maximize platform value.
  • Program management of cross-functional initiatives, driving momentum and delivering against key milestones.
Expertise We Seek
  • 2+ years in product management, technical operations, or business systems, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk as an admin or advanced user.
  • Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence and stakeholder savvy.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity, align teams, and move initiatives forward with clarity and precision.
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights using tools like Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Background in CRM or software implementation with a user-first mindset.
  • Track record of building trust and influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
