We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to join our growing Know Your Customer (KYC) team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and execution for KYC, KYB, and other compliance related projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the product roadmap and driving its execution
  • Collaborating with global KYC vendors to build a cutting-edge KYC and verification platform
  • Working closely with compliance and operational teams to deliver superior KYC onboarding experiences for users
  • Prioritizing feedback from users and stakeholders, making informed decisions, and driving the product forward
  • Defining and analyzing key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in Technology, Fin-tech, Finance, or Blockchain industries
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize effectively
  • A logical thinker who can identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that is results-driven
