At Merieux Nutrisciences, we are committed to making food systems safer and more sustainable. As a trusted partner in the public health mission, our team works tirelessly to prevent health risks related to food, environment, and consumer goods.

We have a role available for an IT Security Specialist who will play a key part in identifying and remediating system vulnerabilities across our global network. Responsibilities include conducting ongoing vulnerability management activities, coordinating with technology staff to identify and address potential threats, and defining security requirements for both internal and external business environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with IT teams to ensure effective procedures and processes are in place for detecting and preventing system intrusions, as well as managing policies related to anti-virus/malware/DLP. They will also be responsible for monitoring, measuring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of information security controls and compliance with information security policies and procedures.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of national and international regulatory compliance and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, GDPR
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
