An HR Business Partner is required to drive business results by blending strategic insight with hands-on execution. This role will be pivotal in shaping organizational culture, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring alignment with overarching goals.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading internal communication and employee engagement initiatives, facilitating leadership development programs, and overseeing labor and employee relations issues. Additionally, they will consolidate and analyze critical HR metrics, manage employee services, develop continuous improvement plans, and design and execute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.

- Lead the reporting and analysis of HR metrics and goals
