Software Quality Engineer in Test

We seek an experienced Software Quality Engineer in Test to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for a technically proficient engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about raising the quality bar across systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with development teams to define test plans, risk assessments, and quality goals for ongoing projects.
  • Design and develop productivity tools, test automation frameworks, and supporting services to enable efficient testing across multiple teams.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce execution time, and eliminate redundancy through technology adoption.
  • Deliver technical solutions to increase test coverage and optimize test execution costs.
  • Create metrics dashboards to monitor test effectiveness and report on risk and stability to development partners.
Required Skills
  • 4+ years of experience as an SDET or similar role with a strong focus on software quality and testability.
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently with senior developers and stakeholders.
  • Proven commitment to quality, sustainable software practices, and continuous improvement.
