Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PDI Technician to join our team in Itajai, Santa Catarina, Brazil. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of new equipment and machinery.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments to identify any exterior or interior damage, as well as reviewing components and accessories.
  • Handling damage claims and performing software and language adjustments as needed.
  • Creating detailed reports and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with quality, production, and engineering departments to address any issues found during the PDI process.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as a strong attention to detail.
