Leadership and Engineering Excellence

The Director of Engineering is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of in-scope technologies managed within the department.

This role advises management and supervises staff responsible for the implementation, configuration, and operations of agreed infrastructure and applications.

Key responsibilities include maintaining good interactions with external service provider partners in delivery of solutions and services, ensuring that in-scope solutions and services are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance, and overseeing staff management, recruitment, training, and professional development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA or related master's degree (preferred).
  • Extensive experience in technology development and management, with a strong track record of delivery.
  • Experience with Azure, Power Tools, AWS, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable in AI/ LLM, ML, MCP.
  • Experienced in digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of SLDC.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong background and knowledge of various technology systems and services.
  • Extensive experience in technology management and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive organizational change.
