About the Role

This position is responsible for shaping our data infrastructure with a focus on building and optimizing our data warehouse. You will be deeply invested in understanding how data drives our business and empowers our teams, ensuring that every solution you build delivers clarity and impact.

You will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable, reliable, and high-quality data systems that become the foundation for insights and decision-making across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using workflow orchestration tools.
  • Develop data models across layers to support analytics and reporting.
  • Optimize SQL queries for large datasets in relational systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and BI workflows using visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with teams to define key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and reproducibility across the data warehouse.
  • Establish best practices for data engineering and analytics.
About You
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
  • Strong SQL expertise with experience tuning queries and designing efficient schemas.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, especially relational databases and data lakes.
  • Experience building analytics dashboards with visualization tools.
  • Understanding of data architecture and layered data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and how to translate them into analytics workflows.
  • Proficiency in programming languages for data engineering tasks.
  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with teams.
