Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

This role is part of a critical framework for risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day support for trade processing, risk, and market data issues, managing application releases, handling crisis events, and ensuring effective monitoring and system hygiene.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of applications and infrastructure in large-scale technology environments. They will work closely with various support teams and business users to provide seamless service capabilities.

  • Support global customers within the production environment.
  • Maintain relationships with other support teams and business users.
  • Evaluate and escalate critical incidents in a timely manner.
  • Develop and utilize core tools and processes to perform daily functions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
  • Familiarity with applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and client-oriented approach.
  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented, and excellent reading comprehension.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
  • Programming skills in PL/SQL or SQL.
  • Knowledge in Git, Unix, Linux, Java, and cloud-based technologies such as AWS, CloudWatch, and Datadog.
