As a key member of our team, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. You will troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address production application flow issues to ensure end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to support business operations
  • Assist in improving operational stability and availability through problem management participation
  • Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard tools
  • Document basic issues and potential solutions for stakeholders
  • Support incident, problem, and change management in technology applications or infrastructure, and escalate as necessary
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ year of experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services
  • Familiarity with applications or infrastructure in large-scale technology environments on-premises or in the cloud
  • Advanced English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Exposure to one or more general-purpose programming languages or automation scripting
  • Exposure to the ITIL framework
