Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot production application flows to guarantee end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery supporting business operations
- Assist in enhancing operational stability and availability through participation in problem management initiatives
- Monitor production environments for anomalies address issues using standard observability tools and methodologies
- Identify and document basic issues potential solutions for stakeholders and other business teams
- Support incident management escalating issues in compliance with firm policies and procedures
- At least 1 year of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting resolving maintaining information technology services
- Familiarity with applications or infrastructure in large-scale technology environments, both on-premises and in the public cloud
- Advanced English language skills
