We are looking for a skilled Content Producer to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a specialist role requiring robust hands-on experience in all production methods. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end content production across various formats and markets, championing social-first content and driving scalable innovation.
Balancing hands-on production and cross-functional collaboration with operational excellence, this role ensures high production standards. Exposure to global content strategies, AI-enabled solutions, and diverse production models not typically found in traditional roles is expected.
Responsibilities- Production and community engagement;
- Production execution and oversight;
- Maintain full transparency on all planned advertising production activities (Digital, Social, TV, Print, Radio, etc.);
- Review allocated briefs and storyboards to assist brand project leaders in achieving objectives within desired budgets;
- Manage negotiations of cost estimates with agencies and production companies while maintaining quality and cost balance;
- Support day-to-day issues related to production and filming, including last-minute changes;
- Develop creative agency relationships and third-party production supplier partnerships;
- Manage direct production projects as an internal producer for brand teams; Plan and provide solutions on all aspects of production (e.g., annual production planning);
- Content process optimization, Digital Twins & Super Shoots implementation, and supplier strategy development;
- Provide quarterly production efficiency data, reports on savings and KPIs, and support ad hoc finance and procurement requests;
- Implement Business Group initiatives like AI-enabled production and Digital Twins aligning with BG needs;
- Identify and implement innovation solutions, collaborating to strengthen programs in alignment with Business Group charters.
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Production Company Producer, Creative Agency Producer, or similar role experience;
- Deep understanding of production methods, talent, licensing, production insurance, music, and film/video/stills production;
- Familiarity with the production landscape in your Region;
- Experience with AI-enabled production innovation, Production & Commercial Expertise;
- Advanced English essential, other languages beneficial;
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills;
- Able to manage production budgets and vendor relationships effectively;
- In-depth knowledge of the advertising production landscape, emerging technologies, and activation principles.
