Industrial Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Industrial Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining cutting-edge Condition-based Monitoring (CbM) solutions for industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage all project stages, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Client Alignment Meetings: Conduct alignment meetings with clients, define deadlines and deliverables, and ensure the quality of project implementation.
  • Technical Asset List Review: Review the technical asset list, ensuring that all necessary information is available for a safe and effective project implementation.
  • Process Mapping: Conduct a full process mapping of the client's operations, identifying key performance indicators, key users, and internal champions to drive project adoption.
  • Master Field Installation Plan: Develop the Master Field Installation Plan, a technical reference document that will guide the installation process, prioritize sensor placement, and include the necessary regulatory standards to ensure proper sensor installation.
  • Structured Handoff: Ensure a well-structured handoff process, guaranteeing the complete transfer of knowledge and expertise from one team member to another.

This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
