We are seeking a skilled Support Consultant to join our team.

About the Role
  • Provide professional technical support across our platform.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Deliver training sessions to help clients understand and adopt features.
  • Create and update user documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training videos.
  • Log, track, and manage support requests through JIRA, ensuring accurate resolution and timely follow-up.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate with product development to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements.
  • Participate in product validation, learn and document new features, and communicate releases to users.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a sales support, technical support, or client-facing role. Relevant degree (e.g. Marketing, Business, IT, or related) is also required.
