About Blue File Support Consultant Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Support Consultant to provide expert technical support across the full Blue File suite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and effective solutions to users, creating training sessions, and collaborating with development teams to improve systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional technical support across the Blue File suite (currently includes Party Directory, Trade Contracts, Sales Agency Contracts, Task Management, Pricing, and Order Management)
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide clear resolutions
  • Deliver training sessions to help clients understand and adopt platform features
  • Create and update user documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training videos
  • Log, track, and manage support requests through JIRA, ensuring accurate resolution and timely follow-up
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, technical support, or client-facing role
  • Relevant degree (e.g. Marketing, Business, IT, or related)
  • Knowledge of business processes related to sales, pricing, and order management
  • Previous experience in a tech-driven, customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in computer-based administration and digital tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
