- Monitor cleaning and maintenance remotely;
- Send directions to guests;
- Offer and sell additional services;
- Evaluate guest satisfaction;
- Offer support during their stay;
- Suggest process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good understanding of systems and technology use;
- Graduation in progress (preferred);
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
