We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide functional and technical support for D365FO users across Europe, focusing on key modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain.

Job Overview:

This role involves delivering timely and effective solutions to system and user issues, working closely with internal IT teams and external partners to escalate and resolve incidents. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health, suggesting improvements to optimize performance, documenting issues and resolutions, developing user guides tailored to the business, supporting testing of updates, patches, and new functionality, and assisting in user training and promoting ERP adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) or AX 2012.
  • Strong functional knowledge of key D365FO modules related to finance and supply chain processes.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Available to work remotely from Brazil during Central European Time (CET) business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
