Senior Director of Corporate Finance

The Chief Financial Officer will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, capabilities, infrastructure, and operations. They will manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute financial procedures, policies, and controls.
- Maintain corporate accounting and financial records.
- Ensure that accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting systems meet senior management and outside auditors' needs.
- Present and report timely and accurate periodic projections, budgeting, and reconciliation.
- Support achieving revenue and profitability goals.
- Analyze, manage, and negotiate debt, credit facilities, cash, cash equivalents, cash flow, cost controls, treasury, and expenses.
- Advise senior management on financial projections and improvements to achieve targets.
- Design, prepare, and deliver customized management reports.
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for ensuring effective internal controls and maintaining records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). They will also support strategic financial vision, public listing, capitalization, and other strategic alternatives.
