Full-time -On SiteWe kindly request that all applications be submitted in English**Are you acorporate legal professionalwith experience inoffshore company administration?Do you hold aLaw degreeand have hands-on knowledge ofcorporate lawwithin afinancial services environment?Amicorp,a global financial services provider, is looking for aCorporate Administrator / Account Managerto join our Brazil office.This is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-focused position, managing the legal and corporate responsibilities of international structures across various jurisdictions.Your RoleAs a Corporate Administrator / Account Manager, you'll support clients with theincorporation and ongoing maintenance of offshore companiesand ensure that their corporate structures remain compliant and well-administered.You'll be part of a high-performing team working with private clients, family offices, investment funds, and international businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle theincorporation and maintenance of offshore companies, particularly in jurisdictions such asBVI and Cayman.Manage a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships, and trusts.Provide guidance on legal, administrative, and corporate governance matters.Draft and review shareholder meeting minutes, proxies, and statutory documents.Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, tax, banking) on client matters.Ensure compliance with regulations such as CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, and ESR.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.Record chargeable time and support invoicing activities.What We're Looking ForKey Requirements:
