Contract Law Specialist
As a Contract Law Specialist, you will play a key role in reviewing and drafting contractual documents with clients and suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing strategic advice to the business.
About the role:
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts, focusing on engineering services and EPCM projects.
- Prepare detailed recommendations for the approval of contractual and commercial documentation.
- Act as a strategic partner, providing legal guidance and support in the company's processes and negotiations.
- Presentation of a summary of the legal and commercial requirements of executed contracts.
- Support senior management by developing innovative commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
- Advice to internal clients on corporate, commercial, environmental and labor law matters.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Postgraduate degree in Business or Contract Law (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate/contract law.
- Strong understanding of legal concepts applicable to engineering and consulting services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
