Finance Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Analyst to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the reconciliation process, analyzing differences in transactions and cash collection, and providing timely solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or economics, with experience in reconciliations and financial analysis. Additionally, they will possess excellent analytical and investigative skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide resolutions.
  • Support the Financial Operations team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and accountants, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with a focus on reconciliations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
