About this roleAs Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in supporting financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day financial operations of our Brazilian business.
You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and regulatory submissions while ensuring high standards of financial discipline and operational resilience.
This role is instrumental in ensuring accurate financial management within a regulated capital markets environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, including management accounts, regulatory filings, and tax submissions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to enable strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, including those from the Central Bank.
