Job Opportunity

Seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee all financial aspects of our operations in Brazil. This role will provide strategic guidance and direction to the finance team, ensuring financial governance and driving sustainable growth.


The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices, with a proven track record of financial leadership roles in complex, multinational organizations.

This position demands an individual who can lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership & Strategy
    • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with global, regional, and local business objectives.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Oversee budgeting reports and forecast vs. budget analysis.
    • Review and analyze monthly financial results.
  • Pricing and Third-Party Negotiations
    • Lead client negotiations and ensure favorable financial outcomes.
  • Accounting, Administration, Operations & Internal Controls
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations.
    • Oversee month-end close process and financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a CFO or finance officer.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Proven expertise in managing financial processes and controls.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
