Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform analysis in business databases for the understanding of changes in financial indicators
- Validation of financial calculations performed by company systems
- Consolidate and send the management data report to the business leaders / MOR
- Estimate the financial savings of efficiency improvement projects/ products
- Business projection based on sales and operations strategies
- Study and implementation of processes, products, campaigns and methodologies that help business growth
- Contribute to achieving the penetration stipulated in the KPIs
- Contribute to achieving the market share stipulated in the KPIs
- Conduct Market Analysis and with the observed result, suggest actions and/or indicate possible opportunities to Sales Leaders as well as execute them.
- Interface between GMB and GMF seeking joint opportunities
- Map, evaluate, share with sales and participate in strategically relevant events
- Facilitate and monitor the receivables processes by interfacing with the internal areas of Wholesales, CLC and Finance
- Evaluate and implement opportunities for improvement in flows and processes
- Support Direct Leadership
Qualifications:
- Experience in financial areas / KPIs
- Experience with Business Intelligence
- Fluent English
- Financial project evaluation
- Operational Agility
- Extreme organization, resourcefulness with statistics, ability to lead and train teams, negotiation skills.
- A person with an entrepreneurial and innovative profile will be a differential due to being a new area in the organization.
