Job Title: Finance Specialist

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing Studio X processes in Brazil, including financial reporting, billing, pricing, and other critical areas such as business operations, production, human resources, shared services, and global teams.

This role reports to the finance manager and requires close collaboration with finance, human resources, operations, and production teams.

  • Develop annual budgets and forecasts on a quarterly basis, adhering to deadlines.
  • Analyze and explain key movements and trends in profit and loss lines versus prior estimates, plans, and previous year data.
  • Prepare various financial reports, including SOX packages, profit and loss statements, revenue analysis, accrued and deferred items, and others.
  • Conduct regular meetings to update budget and financial plans.
  • Provide information to the Group Finance Manager by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations, and offering recommendations.
  • Develop financial analysis reports with strong reporting knowledge and analytical ability (profitability, costs, expenses).

This role requires advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Package, PowerBI, and ERP systems, as well as knowledge of financial planning and analysis, reporting, and accounting standards. Soft skills include excellent task management, proactivity, organization, commitment to deadlines, customer focus, collaboration, negotiation, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
