Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Professional to lead our finance function in Brazil.

About the Role:

  • Establish and manage the finance team, driving financial performance and process excellence.
  • Develop and analyze comprehensive financial reports, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support strategic budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain strict adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Portuguese).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are preferred.
